Mishchenko I. Training of administrative personnel for agroformations on the basis of innovative educational technologies

Dissertation work is devoted to research of theoretical and methodological principles of administrative personnel training for agroformations of Ukraine on the basis of innovative educational technologies in the conditions of market economy. Defined essence of category "administrative personnel" and maintenance of their activity, the basic functions of administrative personnel and requirements to their manager's preparation are exposed, foreign experience of personnel training was analyzed for the subjects of business. Investigated legal forms of agricultural enterprises as a basis for training of administrative personnel, analysis their providing for agroformations, preparation and advanced training of administrative personnel was conducted. Improved the methodological tool of studies of administrative personal with application of modern innovative educational technologies, grounded on expedience of business games for optimization of production activity of agroformations with application of computer technique, proposed to use the graphic methods to conduct business games of production character.
