Essay

The thesis deals with the investigation of disbiotic disturbance influence in case of prosthetics treatment of partial dentures defects with removable partial laminar dentures depending upon different terms of their usage and search of ways of oral microbiocenosis normalization. We developed drug complex ("Isla-Moos" and "Chlorophylliptum") and introduced it into medical practice in patients with removable partial laminar dentures. We proved the effectiveness of the proposed complex according to clinical and microbiological score in the immediate and long-terms follow-up.
