Dissertation work is devoted to the questions of creation of information technology of diagnostics of dynamics of processes of electro-consumption of organizations on the basis of development of statistical methods of treatment of these measurings, method of computer design of realization of processes of electro-consumption of organizations in the regular and nonpermanent modes. Mathematical models are first developed in-process: for the regular mode - as cobbed-homogeneous periodic with the period of hour, casual process the components of which characterize the dynamics of electro-consumption with homogeneous statistical descriptions on the proper sentinel interval; for the nonpermanent mode as work of model of the regular mode and process with casual sentinels now and then to disorder of dynamics of the regular mode of electro-consumption. On the basis of the developed models the statistical methods of treatment of these measurings of electro-consumption are grounded, above all things, statistical averaging method on the ensemble of the homogeneous realization synchronized on time for determination of statistical estimations of mathematical hope and dispersion of periodic casual transient. Statistical descriptions of process are given used as diagnostic descriptions of the regular mode of the mode of electro-consumption. Determination of confidence interval of values of power of electro-consumption on the results of statistical treatment of these measurings is given by a day's checking of the regular mode of electro-consumption on the current interval of time of supervision (week, month, time of the year) and exposure of disorder of dynamics of electro-consumption feature at the nonpermanent mode. As a result of the conducted researches of processes of electro-consumption of organizations the complex of algorithms, statistical treatment of these measurings of electro-consumption which enabled to develop information technology of diagnostics of dynamics of electro-consumption of organizations at different their office hours software, is created. Thus, in dissertation the got results of decision of actual and important for an electroenergy scientific and technical task of development of information technology for automated system control and energy metering ASCEM of organization.
