Dissertation work is devoted a theoretical ground, forming of methodical approaches and recommendations in relation to development of mechanism of management of enterprise exhibition-fair activity. On principles of approach of the systems the features of functioning of exhibition-fair measures are certain, generalized their role and place in the system of economic categories. A concept is specified "exhibition", "fair", "exhibition-fair activity", essence of which consists in that they are examined as a type of economic activity. The modern state and dynamics of exhibition-fair activity of enterprises of light industry is analysed. The method of complex evaluation of efficiency of VYAD of enterprises is developed and offered with determination of financial and unfinancial indexes of efficiency on the basis of account of factors of influence макро- and мікросередовища in modern terms. The structural model of mechanism of management of VYAD is developed and methodical bases of mechanism of management of VYAD are offered through generalization of інституційних levers of influence on exhibition-fair measures.
