A research object is small business entities in rural locality of the Tchernivtsi area. The purpose of dissertation work is generalization of theoretical approaches development of the scientifically grounded suggestions and methodical going near an improvement organizationally economic providing of development of small enterprise. Research methods: dialectical, method of cognition, synthesis, structurally logical analysis, economical mathematical, statistical, abstractly logical, cross-correlation regressive. Theoretical and practical results: The analysis of socio-economic terms of becoming and development of small enterprise is conducted on a village, investigational efficiency of activity of small enterprise in rural locality, efficiency of the existent programs of support is considered. The ways of perfection of instruments of state support of small enterprise are offered on a village, the model of account of features of socio-economic environment of enterprise is considered in rural locality. Conceptual approaches are formulated to forming of the system of support of small enterprise in a region. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in a ground theoretical-methodological principles and practical recommendations in relation to the ground of the system organizationally economic providing of development of small enterprise in rural locality. Used in practical activity the Tchernivtsi regional soviet, Main administration of economy of the Tchernivtsi area, Zastavnivskoy by district state administration, Glibockoy by a district soviet. Industry of the use: by the public organs of control system by development of rural territories, and also regional and local leaders, in the process of development, realization and analysis, organizationally economic measures of support of small enterprise.
