Broyaka A. Organization of Agricultural Advisory Activity Monitoring

The research object is a process of providing agricultural advisory services in agriculture. The research aim is systematization, extension of theoretical and methodological principles as well as development of practical recommendations on organization of monitoring of agricultural advisory activity in agriculture. The research methods: monographic; historical and evolutional, abstract and logical; settling-structural and comparison; SWOT analysis, supervision and expert estimations; sociological; grouping, middle and relative values, ranges of dynamics, graphic; synthesis, econometric prognostication. The essence and role of agricultural advisory activity in agriculture are exposed; theoretical and methodical positions of its realization are generalized and extended, its current state is analyzed. The need of introducing the system of agricultural advisory activity monitoring in agriculture is substantiated; the theoretical, methodological and practical approaches required for its implementation are revealed; the conceptual approach for its organization in Ukraine is developed. The system of indexes is offered for evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of agricultural advisory services. The suggestions are given in relation to the improvement of agricultural advisory activity in agriculture. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in system research, deepening and development of theoretical, methodological and practical regulations on organization of monitoring of agricultural advisory activity in agriculture, aimed at the improvement of its efficacy. The research results are used by the Department of Education, Science and Extension of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, National Association of Agricultural Extension Services of Ukraine, Chief Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, Center of Scientific Support of AIP of the Vinnytsia Region of NAAS of Ukraine, as well as in the educational process at the Vinnytsia National Agrarian University. Efficiency: the use of methodological developments on organization of agricultural advisory activity monitoring in agriculture will contribute to the improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of its effectuation. Scope, industry of the application: practical activity of subjects of providing agricultural advisory services and bodies of administration of agricultural advisory support of the agrarian sector on national, regional and local levels, higher agrarian educational institutions of Ukraine.
