Wen M. Strategy and tactic of forming of the systems of increase of efficiency of housing building

Purpose: development of scientific, methodological and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of formation of housing market both regionally and nationally in the process of formation and use of housing stock and development of organizational-economic mechanism for the formation of housing policy. The object of study: the process of forming a system of territorial organization of housing in the regional aspect. Subject of research: a set of theoretical, practical and methodological instruments for regulating the housing market in terms of multiplier theory for the formation of systems of territorial organization of housing in the regional aspect. Methods: system analysis; retrospective approach, analysis and synthesis, economic-mathematical methods, the method of causal relationships, statistical methods, graphical methods. Improved: a methodical approach to the calculation of investment attractiveness of housing in the region and the organizational-economic mechanism of the regional housing policy. Defined: the concept of "mortgage multiplier, which is used to reflect such economic phenomena as the animation of autonomous mortgage finance capital (mortgage debt). Proposed: ways to improve the housing at the regional level through the use of potential development activities. Scope: regional and local authorities, government statistics, higher education institutions.
