Object of the study is processes restructuring in state sector of the economy. Objective of study is development theoretical basis, development of the methodical positions and practical recommendation on management restructuring in state sector of the economy. Methods of research are system, comparative, cluster and statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: scientifically-methodical approaches to management process restructuring in state sector of the economy; recommendations on estimation of efficiency restructuring enterprise of the state sector of the economy and efficiency of management them. Novelty is deepening and development scientifically-methodical basis on management restructuring enterprise of the state sector of the economy, directed on provision their efficient operation. Degree of the introduction by Donetsk regional state administration, РJC "Donbasshahtobud", Ministry to coal industry of the Ukraine. Sphere of use is state sector of the economy.
