Object of the study is structured shifts in industry of the Ukraine in context of the permit of the problem of the economic growing. Objective of study is development scientifically-methodical basis of the estimation complex factor to efficiency structured shift and influences structured shift in industry on economic growing as forming systems of the government regulation of the structured transformations. Methods of research are system, correlation, economic and mathematical and economy-statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the methodical approaches to estimation and analysis factor shaping and consequence of the change price and structured-distributing proportion; offers on shaping the efficient structure industrial production.
