Perekupko A. Theoretical principles and technology of cuprum(ІІ) carbonate basic (malachite) from solutions of cuprum(ІІ) nitrate and sodium carbonate

The results of researches, directed for development of theoretical principles and new technological process of production of malachite with obtaining sodium nitrate from waste mother solutions, are stated. The kinetic and technological characteristics of processes of chemical precipitation, senescence, filtration, washing and drying of cuprum(ІІ) carbonate basic, crystallization of sodium nitrate from waste mother solutions are determined. The operating practices and process flowsheet of production have been determined. The executed material, thermal, technical and economic calculations witnessed about the low expected prime cost of the malachite, profitability and expedience of industrial realization of this process.
