Essay

Comparative analysis of elements of crimes of wilful homicide according to criminal law of Ukraine and Republic of Poland was made in this thesis. To achieve this aim author analyses the definition and characters of homicide according to Ukrainian and Polish criminal law, proposes his own definition of homicide, analyses characters of murder and manslaughter. A number of the positions directed on the subsequent development of a criminally-legal science, improvement of quality of standard regulation in this part is proved.
