Guley A. Currency and Financial Strategies in the System of Economic Security of the Subjects of Management: International Experience.

The Dissertation investigates the financial strategies, which are realized by the economic relations subjects and institutional regulation of international, as well as on national markets. The currency and financial strategies of security and stable development, in particular the dangers and the prospects of the ensuring the stable development, the prospects of the shaping the systems of security under realization of the modern macro-economic priorities, as well as introduction of financial innovations in priority system social-economic development on the modern stage are studied. The corresponding regulation priorities, as well as the parameters of the efficient financial development of the commercial structures on modern stage are formulated. The international practice of realization of currency and financial strategies of economic security by management subject is studied. The directions of the development of international institutional regulation of currency and financial relations under internationalisation and informatization are shown. The currency and financial mechanisms as a factor to security and assistance to the business development in the context of innovation priorities are grounded. The particularities and the prospects of the utilization of currency and financial strategies while institutional regulation in Ukraine are defined. The estimation of the threats to development of the open economy of the Ukraine regarding the provisions for macro- and microeconomic imperatives of the financial policies is given. The ways of the shaping the efficient currency and financial mechanism in context of the global crisis are grounded, the innovation priorities of institutional regulation in Ukraine are motivated.
