Thesis is dedicated to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological regulations of di-versification processes taking part in air-transport enterprises. The content and scientific understanding of diversification economic essence and its influence on the enterprise operation were developed. There was conducted the analysis of methodological approaches to diversification activity of air-transport enterprises, was analyzed the diversification process adoption to the operation of foreign and domestic air-transport enterprises; given the systems of assessment of diversification processes efficiency. On the basis of suggested methodological approaches of the investment activity quality as-sessment practical recommendations for the investment activity in the air transport enterprise quality assessment were offered.
