Essay

The dissertation work is dedicated to the research of the science and methodical principles of the rational land-tenure, organizational, ecological and economical renewal of the fertility of the soils of the agrarian enterprises. In particular, the methodical approaches to the maintenance of the soils fertility are generalized in the work. It is proposed to pass the Law of Ukraine "On the rational land-tenure", to form the mechanisms of the rational use of the agrarian lands, the norms of the payment for the lands use, to stimulate the resource-saving management, to develop the directions of the enterprises crediting for implementation of the land-saving and nature-renewal measures.
