Object - process of grinding of difficultly processed details; the purpose - improvement of quality of products, decrease power and a manpower on the basis of designing of processes. To provide conditions for the fullest display adsorption- plasticization effect at abrasive dispersion processed surfaces; methods - positions of the theory of grinding, the mechanic of the continuous environment, the theoretical and applied theory of deformability, the analysis of kinematics of planetary moving of the abrasive tool concerning a processed surface, the decision of the equation of thermal balance at deep grinding by means of planetary grinding heads; Novelty - for the first time are developed criteria the requirements concerning kinematic of maintenance of conditions for decrease of power consumption of process, it is established, that kinematic parameters of known methods and modes of flat deep grinding do not provide conditions for decrease power parameters chip formation, is established, that for maintenance of such conditions the time interval between repeated certificates remove shavings from the same site processed surface at grinding should be not less period of formation on juvenile surface adsorption a monolayer, theoretical dependences for definition of constructive, kinematic and technological parameters of grinding for the first time are received, the decision of the equation of thermal balance at deep grinding has allowed to find time dependence of temperature in a contact zone; Results - the design procedure of rational values of constructive, kinematic and technological parameters of process shaping flat surfaces, decrease in specific effective work of grinding in 1,5-3 times and temperature decrease in a cutting zone is developed, the trial image of a planet-grinding head is created, to raise productivity of grinding in 3 … 5 times, to lower 10 times (or completely to exclude) expense metal-working coolant, to exclude probability of occurrence of grinding defects in the form of cracks and grinding burn
