Object: processes of taxation of the real estate in Ukraine. Purpose: development of theoretical-methodological positions of construction of the national system of taxation of the real estate and mechanism of its effective functioning. Methods: economic-statistical and economic-mathematical, tabular and graphic. Results: the mechanism of forming of the system of taxation of the real estate is first developed, which foresees consolidation of its after structural elements, development of suggestions on the improvement of legislation in the field of property taxation and ground of measures on organization and administration of tax property, conceptual bases of construction of the system of taxation of the real estate are improved.
