Zahidna O. The mechanisms of firmness providing of regional financial system

The dissertation to forming and functioning research of the financial system of region is devoted. A structure and features of realization mechanisms of providing of the financial systems of region are studied; their influence on the financial providing of regional firmness socio-economic development is shown. The place of financial potential in the financial system of region is determined, generalizations to activation of its using are made. The methodical approach to evaluation of financial firmness of the regional socio-economic systems is worked out; the analysis of financial possibilities of every region with its financial firmness is conducted. State and basic problems of the financial providing of regional socio-economic development in Ukraine are considered. Suggestions over and recommendations in relation to the possible ways of improvement of providing mechanisms of firmness of the regional financial system are determined, among which: activation of own financial potential of region, management of the endogenous and exogenous financial risks of regional development, forming of control system by financial firmness of region, optimization of scales of tax-budget decentralization from the position of interregional differentiation in Ukraine. Conceptual principles of efficiency increase of regional management of the financial system are in-process formed by optimization of allocation of financial resources between the state and local budgets depending on the level of socio-economic differentiation of socio-economic development of regions in the state.
