Hyryk O. Motivational Mechanism of Banking Activities in Ukraine

Object: processes of activation of bank activity. Purpose: ground of theoretical-methodological principles of construction of motivational mechanism of activation of bank activity, development of directions of his improvement in the conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine and realization of the programs of exit from a crisis. Methods: analysis of the systems, questionnaire, expert estimations, focal groups and mathematical statistics, mathematical analysis, self-reactance estimations and graphic presentation. Results: the conceptual going is first grounded near determination of motivational mechanism of activation of bank activity on principles of corporate social responsibility, the methodical going is improved near the estimation of influence of motivational factors on the increase of competitiveness of bank institutions. Use: in activity of banks "Lviv" "Raiffaisen Bank Aval", in the educational process of University of banking of the National bank of Ukraine.
