Alekseyenko O. Financial control in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to points of formulation theoretical and methodological, practical recommendations for the effective development of financial control in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The results of the study are: detecting of financial control features in the Armed Forces of Ukraine; development of major financial irregularities classification; deepening of socio-economic nature of the "financial control in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" concept; methodological techniques for analysis of size and financial structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; substantiation of scientific principles and functions and enrichment of methodological approaches to the analysis of detected financial irregularities; methodological approaches to the rating definition and group making of territorial internal control departments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a level of organization of accounting and financial control work; areas of improvement and further development of financial control in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The main results of the thesis implemented in practice promoting further development of financial control in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and better use of funds allocated for defence.
