The Thesis is dedicated to motivation and provision of possible importances of the voltage of touch in electroinstallation of alternating current. In thesises is solved problem of the making the safe conditions of the interaction of the person with electroinstallations of the variable voltage by by standertizations for emergency mode at most possible voltages of touch, under which do not appear the inconvertible processes of the destruction of the fabric body and traumatize organism in association with standertization of the possible correlation of the resistance currentleading conductor to equivalent resistance of the defensive conductor.
