Essay

Object of research - the processes of structure formation of the mortars containing discrete mineral fibers, and influence of discrete fibers on their basic physic-mechanical and technological properties. The purpose of the thesis is increase of strength and decrease of deformation characteristics of mortars on the basis of dry building mixes for the floor elements due to reinforcing by mineral discrete basalt fibers. Research methods - the standard methods of research of physic-mechanical properties of floor mortars , as well as non-standard methods of determining of the mortars rheological properties. The elastic modulus of mortar mixture was investigated using ultrasound installations. Theoretical and practical results: regression equations which link the parameters of the discrete fibers with the mix durabilty characteristics for floor elements are received for the first time. The application degree: the thesis results are used producing the parties of dry building mix on the enterprise "Master ZHBK Ukraine" and the covering from prepared mix. The novelty - the urgent scientific and applied task of improving of mechanical characteristics of the mortars based on dry mixes for floor elements by discrete mineral basalt fibers of varying lengths reinforcing is generalized and solved. Research results are recommended for introduction in the construction industry to improve the basic properties of products.
