Essay

The research object - electromagnetic processes and electrodynamics efforts in inductor systems intending for angular bends forming in metallic flat covers and induction inductor double coil systems with rectangular geometry, intended for attracting of the metallic surfaces by impulsive fields forces. The research purpose - improvement of processes of magnetic impulse forming in the inductor systems corners in the metallic flat covers and attracting of the thin metallic walls set areas. Research methods: theory of electromagnetic field and electrodynamics at theoretical researches of electromagnetic processes in the offered inductor systems, analytical methods of mathematical physics at decision of boundary tasks, computing methods for processing of experimental dates. Experimental researches on magnetic-impulsive forming of the thin-walled sheet metals were carried out on the specially developed stand. Theoretical and practical results - recommendations on designing of the induction inductor systems for attracting of metal sheets that allows to perform rectangular conductors in the working areas; the inductor system allows to realize purposeful forces acting in the metallic sheet internal cavity in the mode of sharp superficial effect. The dissertation results are performed in practical designing's of instruments, inductor systems for electromagnetic punching of edgings in metallic parts of transport vehicles, and also for distance removing of cavities in the metallic edging of cars and airplanes without violation of their save coverings. The researches are resulted by two patents of Ukraine. A novelty is developed mathematical models of electromagnetic processes in the improved inductor systems for deformation by magnetic pressure of angular bends and attracting of rectangular areas of sheet metallic specimens. Firstly it is shown, that maximal concentration of pressure in the corners of arc metallic sheets will be realized by means of the inductor system with two coils, planes of which are located under a corner to each other; that attracting of rectangular areas in the thin-walled metallic leaves can by formed by means of the induction inductor system, the working area of which is found between parallel double coil. The degree of redaction to practice: improved instillations for impulse magnetic forming used in the Kharkov National Motor-car-road University. The sphere of use: machine buildings, installations for magnetic-impulsive forming of metals.
