Dissertation is devoted to the complex of theoretical and practical issues connected with defining a place of crimes of international character commitment and application of Criminal legislation of Ukraine to them. It defines the notion of crimes of international character and their main legal features. Dissertation characterizes general rules of defining a place of crime commitment according to Criminal Code of Ukraine and determines peculiarities of application of Criminal legislation of Ukraine to the crimes of international character, committed in Ukraine and abroad.
