Galkina A. Management of investment activity at the machine building enterprises with the use of credit operations

A research object is economic processes of management investment activity at crediting of investment necessities of industrial enterprises by factoring and forfaiting. The subject of research is theoretical and methodical principles and practical aspects of management investment processes on the enterprises of engineer with the use of the bank crediting in form factoring and forfaiting. In the process of research the methods of approach of the systems, analysis and synthesis, method of factor analysis and index method, methods of economic analysis and principles of dialectics, method of selective inspections and groupments, were used. The scientific novelty of dissertation work consists in development of theory of management investment activity and in development of scientific and practical recommendations in relation to the use of factoring and forfaiting on the enterprises of engineer for bringing in of facilities of bank institutions. The theoretical value of the got results consists in generalization and decision of important scientific task of improvement to the theory of management investment activity on the enterprises of engineer with the use of credit operations on the basis of introduction of factoring and forfaiting for bringing in of facilities of bank institutions and improvement of methods of estimation of efficiency of their application. Economic essence of concepts is reasonable "factoring" and "forfaiting", their place and role among financial operations, constrained to updating of the fixed assets of enterprises of engineer and satisfaction of lack of circulating assets. Internal and external factors which influence on a machine-building enterprise at the use of credit operations of bank in investment activity are systematized. The system of indexes of estimation of efficiency of operations of factoring and forfaiting is improved and complemented at their application in the investment projects of machine-building enterprises. The classification signs of types of operations of forfaiting are worked out and reasonable the use of separate kinds in accordance with the investment necessities of machine-building enterprise. The practical value of research results consists in the decision of actual tasks of management investment activity due to realization of methodical measures which are sent to the increase of investment sources for updating of the fixed assets and satisfaction of lack of circulating assets. The methodical approaches and recommendations offered in dissertation found a practical reflection in activity of enterprises and financial institutions of the Donetsk area, namely: JSC "Данко", Branch the "Donetsk regional management" JSC of bank "Privatbank", OJSC of bank with the foreign capital "Promeconombank", Branch of JSC "Raiffeisen Ukraine" in Donetsk, Donetsk branch of JSC "Mriya".
