Object of the study is processes innovative-technological development machine-building enterprise. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions, development scientifically-methodical approach and practical recommendation on shaping the strategies innovative-technological development of the machine-building enterprise. Methods of research are dialectical, analysis and syntheses, statistical and system analysis, economic and mathematical and процессного of modelling.
