In the dissertation complex research of the problems connected with private charge as differentiation of the criminally-remedial form is conducted. Theoretical problems which are not developed or insufficiently stated, formulated scientifically well-founded practical and methodical recommendations for law-enforcement experts are as a result resolved. The concept, kinds of charges in criminal trial is defined, stages of its formation and development are investigated. The great attention is given research of financially-legal grounds criminal prosecution in a private order, to features of excitation and judicial consideration of this category of criminal cases.
