Essay

The Thesis covers problems of systematic analysis of state legal forms of influence on economic relations in Ukraine. The author examines the evolution of theoretical law views up to understanding of state influence on economic relations, analyses difference of forms of mutual state, law and economy influence. Were distinguished main components of the state regulation, objects, subjects, principles, methods, judicial remedies of the state regulation. The author makes a suggestion for amendments of Ukrainian legislation and it's practical usage.
