Omelchenko E. The adaptation of the labour legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the European Union.

In the case of the definition the strategic goal by Ukraine, which is the integration into the European Union, one of the major task is the reduction of the national legislation in conformity with the EU legislation. In this work the analysis of the occurance and the development of adaptable processes of reduction of the national labour legislation in conformity with аcquіs сommunautaіre is made, the essence and the maintenance of this legal phenomenon are opened, its positive and negative sides are opened, the purposes, problems and stages of adaptation of the labour law of Ukraine to EU'law are formulated. Level of conformity of the national regulatory legal acts to the legislation of the EU is defined, acts which are fixing the individual and collective labour rights. The european rules of law, which are regulating separate aspects of labour activity of hired workers, are studied and systematised. The current state of the standard-legal maintenance of adaptation of the labour legislation of Ukraine to аcquіs сommunautaіre is shown. Specific proposals and recommendations concerning improvement of the labour legislation and legal using practice are proved, for the purpose of carrying out of qualitative adaptation of domestic labour-rules of law to аcquіs сommunautaіre.
