Peretiatko L. Financial strategies of leasing companies anticrisis management in Ukraine.

In the thesis both theoretical and methodical approaches to financial strategies of leasing companies establishing as the basis of their anticrisis development during the current macroeconomic crisis are substantiated. Theoretical approaches to the content of leasing and its economical sense interpretation are generalized, the peculiarities of leasing as a kind of the leasing companies' entrepreneurship are detailed, their role in the Ukrainian economy anticrisis development is determined. New approach to the establishing of anticrisis versions of leasing companies financial strategies is originated. This approach is actualized methodically in reference to: leasing operations financing; leasing projects complex management considering the risk of non-payment; refinement of the price-establishing system for the leasing services. Specific suggestions about the improvement of the valid normative and legal basis of leasing in Ukraine and about the government regulation of the leasing industry during crisis and post-crisis periods are made. Recommendations about the financial risks estimation and management applying methods of modern risk-management system are elaborated. This will further their long-run financial stability increase. Economical and mathematical model of money-flow management is elaborated and on this basis a computer program is realized.
