The dissertation has solved a scientific and practical problem of increasing of a functional efficiency of a power-supply company by means of an operational optimisation of the stable mode of the work of its electric network. The thesis has proposed a method of operational optimisation of the modes of electric networks, which allows to solve the problem of optimisation based on the current data of the information and control systems subject to the fragments of the electric networks uncovered by means of telemetering.
