Galicheva А. Organic depressive disorders in women, suffered from neuroinfectional pathology (clinical structure, principles of diagnostic and of correction)

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of development of pathogenically based system of correction for the organic depressive disorders as a result of neuroinfec-tional pathology, on the ground of revealing mechanisms of their forming and peculiari-ties of their clinical structure. There was fond causal interconnection between biological, social-psychological and clinical-psychopathological factors influiencing on the forming of non-psychotic depressive disorders in women with neuroinfectional pathology. The specificity of clin-ical structure and dynamics of development of non-psychotic depressive disorders in women with cerebral affection or dysfunction was described. The psychopathological radicals making typical features and variety of clinical picture of depressive disorders in observed patients were marked out. The high prevalence of vegetative dystonia with preference of parasympathotonia in the patients with non-psychotic depressive disorders as a result of neuroinfectional pathology was shown. The characteristics of premorbide personal features which met the most frequently in the patients with depressive disor-ders on the groud of orgsanic cerebral affection.
