Sukhanova D. International and national legal presumptions in the area of human and citizens' rights and freedoms: comparative legal aspect.

The thesis is devoted to the deals with legal presumptions, especially presumptions in the field of human and citizens' rights, their role in various legal systems within the dissertation, which is based on the review of academic literature, decisions of the European Court on Human Rights, other international (European) law enforcement bodies, national legislation of Ukraine and other countries. It was especially examed national process of implementation of international treaties on human rights and introduction of legal presumptions into the national legislation. A number of recommendations targeting improvement of formulation of legal presumptions within the national legislation and their practical use are formulated by the author.
