Dissertation is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of autonomic-vascular dysfunction’s treatment in descendants of the Chernobyl consequences liquidators, based on in-depth study of pathogenetic role of trace elements, cytokines, cellular and humoral branches of the immune system and psychological status of the individual. Deep imbalance in serum trace element’s content in the early phases of clinical manifestations and slow normalization in dynamics of treatment are revealed. The psychological factors which may contribute to the development of autonomic-vascular dysfunction are identified. It is offered to determine levels of zinc as indirect indicator which defines the level of stress mechanisms activity in realizing the adaptive response during treatment; to make allowances for the individual psychological characteristics which may determine the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. Comprehensive scheme which include treatment based on zinc sulfate using and the involvement of receptive music therapy by regulatory methodology is offered.
