Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of renal blood flow and its regional characteristics of newborn with severe hypoxic and ischemic affection of the central nervous system without and with progression of acute renal deficiency, detection of pathogenic characteristics of its abnormalities, and on this basis – to the development of improvement techniques of diagnostic and treatment. The189 full-term newborn were examined during the research. The main diagnostics technique was Doppler echography with the study of blood flow in the renal, interlobar and arcuate arteries in the dynamics of neonatal period. It was established that the decrease of level of renal blood flow with continuous changes in the vessels of the smaller diameter is characteristic for the renal blood flow of the children with severe affection of CNS. In the case of development of the renal deficiency the intensity of the changes stated above grows. In most cases the main pathogenetic mechanism of development of renal deficiency is a hypoperfusive mechanism against the decrease of cardiovascular system functioning.
