3. Object - becoming of hutta glass-making in Ukraine in the 17-18 c. Purpose - determination on formal-typological signs of features of hutta glass wares and creation of their typological-chronological classification. Methods - historical-comparative, problem-chronological and statistical, special methods are also used: typology, stratigraphy and drawing a map. Main results - original raising of the scientific problem, which is first studied on the base of complex use of sources; conception of local glass production is grounded and its specific is determined; existence of separate centers of glass production in Ukraine in Cossack times is proved; dependence of Ukrainian glass on general tendencies of European and east "fashion" is traced; the place of hutta glass wares in the import and export of Ukraine in the 17-18 c. is determined; social environment of probable users and customers is considered; classification of hutta wares is worked out and the criteria of their dating are offered; present collections are first generalized.The sphere of using is teaching.
