Shtykh T. Legal Status of Judges as Subjects of Labour Law of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to specificity and problems of legal status of professional judges as subjects of Labour Law of Ukraine, understanding a status as the main characteristic of person's legal position taking into consideration peculiarities of other statuses, which she might bear. Labour legal personality of a judge being a special legal personality embrace peculiar characteristics and abilities of a person. The latter provides for the presence of interconnected and interdependent components of a single legal status, which theoretically includes characteristics of two statuses: of a person as a worker and of a person as a public servant. Because of the fact that these two statuses are united simultaneously in the same person, it should be considered as one special (different from the first and the second) completely new status - a status of a judge.
