Maksimenko N. Legal Regulation of Work Quota Setting for Office Employees

Dissertation is devoted to specificity and problems of legal regulation of work quota setting for office employees at the stage of reform of Labour Law of Ukraine and development of scientific and practical recommendations, which should be assumed as basis for qualitative change in mechanism of legal regulation of work quota setting for office employees. Main directions of improvement of work quota setting for office employees are the following: (a) forming state policy in the sphere of their work quota setting; (b) development of proper normative legal regulation of the latter; (c) systematization of legislature in the questions of work quota setting for office employees.
