Dissertation is devoted to research of the problems of legal regulation of working hours at state and private enterprises in market crisis conditions and also elaboration of propositions for their overcoming. The work suggests the following definition of "working hours" : the time period established in the contract between a worker, elective organ of primary trade union organization (trade union representative) or representatives (representative) freely chosen by the workers and employer in the range of maximum continuance defined in this Code, during which the worker must fulfil his job functions according.
