Arsentyeva O. Legal Regulation of Social Partnership at the Stage of Reform of Labour Law of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to specificity and problems of regulation of social partnership at the stage of reform of Labour Law of Ukraine and development of scientific and practical recommendations, which should be assumed as basis for qualitative change in mechanism of legal regulation of social partnership in Ukraine. Directions of improvement of social partnership relationship are the following: improvement of normative-legal base; ; regulation of electoral, labour and social-economical relationship in the sphere of labour and employment by the means of improvement of mechanisms of collective negotiations' and consultations' conduct, conclusion of agreements, collective agreements at enterprises.
