Galchenko O. Improvement of Remuneration of Labour Legal Regulation in Conditions of Market Economy

Dissertation is devoted to problems of improvement of remuneration of labour legal regulation in Ukraine in conditions of market economy. The work conducts theoretical analysis of such categories as "remuneration of labour", "salary", "functions of remuneration of labour", "principles of remuneration of labour", "tasks of remuneration of labour", "methods of remuneration of labour". It proves that market reform of economy has caused substantiate changes in the sphere of remuneration of labour, that led to necessity of review of legal regulation system of this institute of Labour Law. The dissertation works out and introduces concrete propositions on improvement of legal regulation of relationship.
