Galan L. Forming of tariffs on services of mobile communication of new generation

Dissertation is devoted to forming of theoretical bases and scientifically-methodical approaches to forming of tariffs on services of mobile communication of new generation. The basic progress trends of market of services of mobile communication are selected in the period of construction of informative society. The model of development of mobile communication is formed in Ukraine taking into account influence on market development of telecommunications services of general economic tendencies. World and national experience of make of tariffs is explored, factors which influence on forming of tariffs and most effective methods of make of tariffs on services of mobile communication of new generation are certain. In theory grounded and developed scientifically-methodical approaches to the choice of strategy of make of tariffs on services of mobile communication. The simulation model of conduct of user is formed depending on the level of quality of the got services. Scientifically-methodical approaches are developed to determination of prime price of services of mobile communication of new generation by the coefficients of complication. Offered to plug in the structure of tariff index of upgrading services, and also, if necessary, investment and inflationary constituent.
