Fylypiv R. The financial mechanism of the environmental protection in the process of the financial state policy realization.

In the thesis the main principles of construction and functioning of the financial mechanism of environment protection in Ukraine are researched; the theoretical bases of the financial mechanism in the sphere of environment protection are studied; the role and the place of the mentioned mechanism in the fields of the state financial policy implementation are reflected; legislative bases for functioning of the financial components of the national ecologic strategy are revealed; analytical monitoring of the financial security processes of the environmental protection is done; the ecologization level of the national financial system through modern economic tendencies is studied; the main directions of the legislative security perfection of the environmental sphere's finances are regarded; proposals concerning reforms in the ecological taxation system and the necessity of the revision of available and the introduction of new fiscal instruments of the regulating and stimulating character are given; the importance of the ecological reorientation of the national economy of Ukraine in the process of the realization of the stable development conception is stressed.
