The problems of forming banking capital of Ukraine under conditions of developing integration processes are considered. Theoretical foundations of bank capitalization, peculiarities of forming capital structure are investigated. The influence of objective and subjective factors on banking capital is analyzed. The level of conformity of banking capital of Ukraine with the requirements of Bazel principles is defined as well as the extent of dependence of competitive edges on capitalization.
