Baydalka I. Microbiocenosises of the oral cavity' biotopes for teenagers with odontogenic and cardiovascular pathology

A research object is healthy teenagers and ones with odontogenic (OD) and cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Purpose - to define the role of biotopes of oral cavity' (OC) microbial associations as indicators of CVD and OD for teenagers. Methods&apparatus - bacteriological, clinical, epidemiology, statistical, ELISA-reader, microscopes, thermostats. Theoretical&practical results. Define of regional features of normocenosis of OC for teenagers without OD and CVD. For persons with OD detected of OC 3-4 degrees disbiosis (DB). For children with CVD and OD was set united DB, in 97, 2 % were OC hygienical status low indexes. The risk factors (RF) of DB forming were certain allow optimizing treatment. Approaches for methods of sanation choice, stage of OD treatment and ones prophylaxis's at CVD was grounded. Novelty. It was appraised DB OC for persons with CVD, was studied DB OC taking into account stomatology status. Information was got about DB OC degree depending on behavior features, hygienical status of OC, forms of collective's organization. It was shown that for patients united DB OC arise out of CVD, it is expected RF of DB OC forming. Degree of introduction.
