The thesis is a comprehensive research on the implementation of the informational function of law in the internal affairs bodies. Dissertator analyzed location information function of law in the functions of law, defined the structural elements and the direction of influence on public attitudes mechanism for implementing the information function of law. Proposed mechanism for implementing the author's definition of information function of law in the light of static and dynamic aspects.
