In thesis theoretical and practical approaches of small and medium entrepreneurships activities regulation have been investigated.Common features and differences of this sector regulation in countries with market and broad forward economics have been discovered have been discovered Conducted analyze of input of small and medium entrepreneurships into national economics development, analyzed of national experience of regulation of mentioned enterprise. At the same time discovered problems which hold further development of this sphere, defined contradictions of national regulation of small and medium entrepreneurships.Original model of optimal cooperation with market and national regulation of small and medium entrepreneurships activities have been developed. For its realization respective activities of economics and administrative influence is purposed.For more efficient usage of national financial resources it is purposed to use method of rating of regions of Ukraine by level of small enterprises development.
