An object is the informative providing of the large-scale systems which behave to the class of engineerings networks, technological processes which flow for them; a purpose is development of theory and rational management engineerings networks, by essence of which, there is development of models and methods of optimum management functioning of network; methods are methods of theory of making a decision, decisions of extreme tasks, optimization and mathematical programming, management theory, modern facilities of software; research results – the semantic and mathematical models of task of emergency management work of the трубопровіднх systems are first developed and the three-level algorithm of decision of task of emergency management is offered by it; industry of the use - systems of serve and distributing of water.
