In dissertation complex research of the state adjusting of structures of enterprises is conducted in the conditions of globalization of economy. Explored world and domestic experience of development of enterprise and his influence is on transformation of national economies in the conditions of globalization of economy and transformations of markets. Substantiate conceptual approach to opening of essence of confluence and absorption of structures of enterprises and his organizationally economic, financial and legal providing. The institutional structure of the state adjusting of entrepreneurial activity and infrastructural providing is analyzed. The comprehensive analysis of the systems is conducted and the estimations of the organizationally economic and financial providing of integrations and disintegrations processes of structures of enterprises are done in the conditions of globalization of economy, action of factors of world financial crisis and permanent deficit of financial resources. Substantiate ways of increase of competitive economy of Ukraine on the base of effective activity of structures of enterprises, as a determining condition of development of business in the conditions of the crisis state of economy of Ukraine and globalization of world economy
