The dissertation is devoted the decision of a problem of reduction of frequency of intercurrent infections and inflammatory postoperative complications at children with congenital heart diseases by carrying out of treatment of the infectious process caused by persistent intracellular originators. The received results have allowed to develop indications to carrying out etyopatohenetic therapy PII differentiated depending on its kind and a degree of activity, at children with СHD.
