The author presents the integrated study of socio-cultural and ideological influence and political aspects of state and executive agencies of mass communication, the essence and purpose of interference processes between state and executive agencies and the media. Ideological and political aspects of шг impact is defined as a set of ideological and political directives and settings used by state and executive agencies to manage the production of a given society and worldview. Singled out and comment management paradigm in terms of mass-corn uunication component of the policy. The place and role of mass media in processes of political communication in the triad "government-media-society". Social and cultural aspects of the state executive institutions, understood as the news of mass-communication act of the State executive agencies, aimed at conservation or upgrading of existing social relation;! in society and cultural ideals.
